We all know that variety in your workouts is important to prevent plateauing, and lets face it, boredom. It’s fun to switch up your group fitness classes, and at PILOXING, we think the best workouts combine styles for a robust workout.
The way our founder Vivica sees it, why stick to just one? Why not combine the classic principles of Pilates with the heart-pumping punches of kickboxing, while switching up your regular workout routine?
Combining styles within a workout can improve endurance, prevent you from plateauing, and give your body a chance to heal while working on other muscle groups. That's how our PILOXING classes were developed—by combining the fun and challenging elements of classic exercise techniques into one class. Read on to learn more about how our classes combine workout styles, and how this can help your workout routine!
